Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

We want you to be fully satisfied with IoTGenix services and training programs. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Development & Consulting Services

Payments made for custom IoT development or consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

2. Training Programs & Courses

Before commencement: Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the program start date.
Within first 3 days: 50% refund if requested within the first 3 days of the program.
After 3 days: No refund is applicable once 3 days of the program have elapsed.

3. Internship Programs

Registration fees for internship programs are non-refundable once the program has started. Requests before the start date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
